Founder & Former Head of the Organization

Late Mr. Harish Bhosale was the visionary founder whose leadership & integrity laid the foundation of EssEm Agencies. Through his disciplined approach & unwavering commitment to excellence, he built an organization grounded in professionalism, ethical business practices, & strong customer relationships.

At EssEm Agencies, Sushant oversees operational execution & technology delivery across infrastructure projects. He focuses on ensuring efficient implementation, maintaining service quality, & strengthening operational processes that support reliable IT solutions & long-term client partnerships.

Sushant Jagtap brings more than two decades of global IT leadership experience in service management, infrastructure delivery, and vendor governance. He has worked with leading global enterprises to drive IT strategy, cloud transformation, and high-performing technology operations.

Biography

Mandar Bapat is a seasoned technology leader with over three decades of experience in IT infrastructure management, enterprise architecture, & information security. His professional journey spans enterprise IT operations, healthcare technology environments, & consulting engagements where he has delivered complex technology implementations.

He has designed & deployed large-scale infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft technologies, multi-site Active Directory environments, secure networking frameworks, & high-availability IT platforms supporting mission-critical operations.

Mandar holds certifications including MCITP, ITIL, and VMware VTSP/VSP, & is currently pursuing CISSP. Known for his strategic insight and hands-on leadership, he focuses on aligning technology infrastructure with business growth & security best practices.

Biography

Pratisaad brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry with extensive expertise in business management, client relationship management, & strategic sales leadership. He has successfully led large-scale infrastructure projects & managed enterprise customer engagements across diverse sectors.

Prior to joining EssEm, Pratisad served as Director – Projects at a leading IT infrastructure management company & later as National Head – Business Development for a global technology organization. He has also played a key role in establishing IT channel networks & scaling system integration businesses across India.

At EssEm Agencies, he leads business expansion initiatives, strengthens strategic partnerships, and oversees client relationship management to ensure long-term value creation for customers.
